Historically, property managers and brokers have had to rely on cumbersome, expensive enterprise software to generate compliant documents, or worse, manually copy and paste details into Word or Google Docs templates, exposing themselves to constant human error. We're fighting the massive amount of time people spend preparing and double-checking leases and documents. We want you to spend that time on more important things, because repetitive jobs are for machines, after all.
We know firsthand what it's like to spend a chunk of time preparing and reviewing documents, copy-pasting fields all over the place, having to manage versions, the back and forth with a tenant, the negotiations, all that. The frustration created a need, and the need gave rise to LeaseGrid.
We first presented our solution to our real estate friends, and now we are bringing it to the market. We are now giving operators the exact same robust automation capabilities as top-tier management firms, with all the bells and whistles and none of the learning curve.
